When you crave sunny days and laid back vibes, come to Pompano Beach.
This older, less hip neighbor of Fort Lauderdale is getting a long awaited face lift. Despite some long time residents’ objections, the developers are moving in, aiming to transform a quaint old town into a trendy rich kids’ playground. Ritz-Carlton, Waldorf-Astoria, W Hotels, and Armani Group are set to bring new (and wealthy) blood into Pompano Beach in the coming years.
What about Pompano Beach they think the millionaires will love? There is plenty.
The beaches – beautiful stretches of the ocean sand to sunbathe, play water sports, and swim. The water is warm year round, and South Florida season (November – April) makes it a tropical paradise that is already a popular tourist destination.

Intracoastal water views which few places can offer. In this town, a room with a view doesn’t cost a lot of money… yet. The channel is magnificent year round, and if you rent / buy a property facing it you will have a front row seat to Christmas boat parades and 4th of July fireworks from your own balcony.

Pompano Beach Pier is a fun place for a stroll, bird watching, fishing, hanging out with friends, and getting some beer or a quick lunch right after. Make it an afternoon by checking out nearby shops.

Millionaire’s Mile is a beautiful drive along the A1A where you see stately mansions on one side and beautiful Intracoastal waters on the other. Take a drive, enjoy the beauty, and wonder what it would be like to wake up to that ocean view or how much it might cost you.

New downtown is going to transform Pompano Beach from the boring dated relic into a charming but lively spot everyone will want to visit. The project already under way will include new hotels, office buildings, restaurants, pedestrian-friendly streets and a new city hall.

Fun. Pompano Beach night life is anything but boring. You will not find Michelin Star meals, but enjoy funky vibe, live music, and even an erotic show at one of the favorite spots. Locals recommend The Vault, Revelry, and La Vie. But if you stay awhile you will discover your own favorites.
Proximity to larger population centers. Even with all the excitement, Pompano Beach is still a relatively small town. However, located right in between Miami and Palm Beach, there is never a dull moment. Whether you are craving a Michelin Star dinner, a Broadway show, or a day of golf, you will find it within 45 minutes drive.
If you are a savvy investor or just contemplating a comfortable retirement spot, give Pompano Beach a look. A few developers did – and they liked what they saw. We did as well, and we have a few of options for you to consider in Pompano Beach or nearby to get you familiar with the area.
And, we offer 2.5% buyers’ agent compensation on every property we sell.
